Chef Carlos is heading west to collaborate with our friends at The Heritage in Forest Park for a dinner celebrating fall’s bounty from Spence Farm in Fairbury, IL.
Marty Travis of Spence Farm will be joining to talk about his
farm & farms within his community, sustainable farming's impact on the Chicago food culture, and will be available for a short Q&A session during dinner.
The evening will feature a 4-course tasting menu for $60 per person based around the fresh & seasonal product available from Spence Farm and the surrounding associated farms.
Optional beverage pairing is available for $25 per person.
